100% Cotton sleeveless dress, with scoop neck, empire waist and elastic through back of the empire waistline. Very cute, purchased in a boutique. Not lined, no pockets, summery weight fabric, and fun print. Navy blue with rust and white accent in print. EUC (worn only one or two times). Armpit-to-armpit is 18”, empire waist (under bust) without pulling on elastic in back is 15” across, length from top of back to front 33”, to back 35”.
