Navy Scalloped Bead Stretch Bracelet Oval shape beads which gives an outter scallop appearance border. Double strung so very sturdy, stretchy, fits most wrists Almost feels like it could be bakelite but I don't believe it is Does have some lighter blue and white swirl like coming through some of the beads but I don't know if this was done purposely or if the beads were already like this but it does look cool and nice as part of the bracelet.
