Navy Scalloped Shift Dress

Monteau Los Angeles navy lined shift dress with scalloped hem. Exposed zipper down back. Size large this dress runs a little small in my opinion. A couple of small hardly noticeable pulls. Measures 24” from underarm to bottom hem, 34” from shoulder to bottom hem and 19.5” across chest from underarm to underarm
