Navy Short Dress

I LOVE THIS DRESS. But it just doesnt fit me well. Saw it on a mannequin in the store and bought it without trying it on. The straps are a little long so it makes the front hang m too low. However, it can VERY EASILY be fixed by some sewing and adjusting. Other than that, it has a built-in slip and a cute matching belt to wrap around it! Perfect for graduation or brunch :) Pics make it look black but it's navy blue! (Sorry, but no returns for items that end up not fitting you)
