Navy blue silk-feel blouse with cap sleeves. Blouse has a scoop neck with ruffle detail. Button front. Care instructions/Materials tag has warn off (picture included), but care to date has been cold wash delicate in garment bag, and iron as needed on low setting. Fits 4-6 US.
