Navy Silk Italian skirt

Gently worn silk skirt made in Italy. It has a subtle maroon floral print on the underlay and a silk flowy overlay with lace detail on the hem. The waist is stretchy and has a flaw on the left side (seems to be slightly stretched out) I’m 5’3 3/4” and when this sits on my natural waist, the lace hem hits right at the bottom of my kneecap.
