Front is sleeveless v-neck with ruched and knotted thick straps, and vertically ruched and lightly padded bust. Thick ruched horizontal waistband starts under the bust line to the waist. Skirt is unlined (top is fully lined) and flowy. Great for dancing. Back has zipper and eye hook closure. Dry clean.
