Navy Stripe Dress w/Gold Button Accent

NWOT - pull-over, unlined stripe navy dress, detail - 3 gold buttons on grosgrain ribbon on each shoulder. Sides of dress is solid navy panel (see picture of buttons and side of dress). Fabric is silky smooth. Fabric guess is polyester and elastane. Designer unknown - label was removed. Laying flat measurements: Armpit-to-Armpit = 19"; Waist = 18.5"; Hip = 20.5"; Shoulder to hemline length = 35". Jewelry not included.
