Navy Striped Peplum Blazer

This is hoodie-like material so it is soft and comfy. It is navy blue and has a little peplum hem down at the bottom. Never worn, in great condition! Sleeves can be rolled up for a spring look or left down for winter. No buttons or closure, I used a pin at the top actually. Could definitely add a button for a different look!
