This is a beautifully cut, Tart Collection navy cardigan/blazer. It’s flowy, thick sweater type material, but it fits like a collarless blazer (with shoulder pads). Scrunched sleeves are 3/4 length. Bought at a boutique and only worn once! (For reference in the pics where I’m wearing it- I’m 5’0”, 120 lbs, 36C.

@wishmom I’m so sorry I spaced on getting back to you! Nope! The tag says “machine wash cold delicate cycle with like colors, lay flat to dry, cool iron if needed.”
