Navy Topshop Cold Shoulder Dress

Brand new with tags. Fitted style, but quite stretchy and comfortable! Marked a size 6, but can also fit an 8-10. Not too short, either (I am 5’-8” for reference, and it’s about 6-8 inches above my knees.
