Navy Tribal Accent Dress

Adorable peek-a-boo shoulders with white tribal print accents around the neckline and sleeves and on the front. Buttons at the back of the neck. Slinky material. Tag says size Large but I think it fits more like a small. Brand is “LTX Sportswear”, I bought it at a boutique in New Orleans.
