Navy Velvet 💙 Blue Dress 3/4 Sleeve Fall Winter

Super soft and comfortable fitted velvet dress💙 Great quality material (not thin at all!) and a bit of stretch. Low turtleneck. Hem falls just above the knee on me (I’m 5’4” for reference). Live this dress I just don’t wear it enough a only worn twice! I *think* I got this at Tobi, but I snipped the tags because they were scratchy and therefore cannot figure out for sure! 💙
