Navy & White Skirt

This skirt reminds me of water colors has great hues of blues. Has a 2 1/2” waist band with loops for a belt. This was one of my favorite skirts to wear, a great length of 17 1/2” I was able to wear this a little high waisted at the time, can dress it up for work or church and can dress it down for a movie date or a day shopping.
