Navy all lace dress

Navy lace dress with navy slip under. The top is crew cut with short sleeves. Slip comes above the knee for me at 5’3 but lace comes past my knee so wouldn’t be bad for someone taller. Bottom has a slight peplum so it flares out! One once to a wedding.
