Navy and Black Pencil Skirt Dress with Ruffle

This dress has the look of wearing a pencil skirt with a top, but all one piece! The bodice is navy blue with tasteful sequins, and the bottom is black with an asymmetrical ruffle just beneath the waist - the ruffle is perfect as it hides your tummy and is super flattering! Fully lined (pictured), and the hidden zipper in the back unzips pretty far (also pictured).
