Navy and White Dress w/ Ruffled Skirt

Only worn twice so like new, dress is a super dark navy with white stripes on the skirt, the top is a thick cotton with a stretchy panel on the back and adjustable spaghetti straps, does not have a zipper, skirt is made of vertical ruffles that are sewn onto a dark lining so it's not see through at all, armpit to bottom is about 23 inches in length, cat friendly home
