Navy and White Polka-Dotted Mini Skirt

This adorable navy miniskirt with white polka dots is a skater style. It's a fun skirt to swing dance in (so long as you wear shorts/tights underneath-it is a mini!), and it twirls beautifully. It has a side zipper with a hook and eye at the top. The skirt is lined. The tag says handwash, but I've always machine washed and dried it without issue. Measured flat, the waist is 12.5 inches across, and does not stretch; the length is 16 inches.
