This is actually from a San Diego boutique store, the brand is "Love Yaya" and the tag says it's a 3 but as a sh-medium myself, it definitely fits more like a 6-8. High quality cotton, flattering v shaped waist (think Ariel's blue dress) and a nice nautical vibe. The skirt is a lil more voluminous than the pic may lead you to believe.
