Navy and ivory printed skirt with pleats

Navy and ivory Ikat print in 100% cotton with full skirt and flat pleats at the waist. The skirt is very flattering on and slimming because the plates are flat against the waist into the hip and open up at the towards the bottom of the skirt. Purchase this in Spain last year and only wore it once it fits size 4 to 6.
