Navy and white polka dot skirt with ruffles

Polka dot skirt from anthropologie. Only worn a few times. The bottom needs to be rehemmed but you can also use fashion tape. Beautiful layered ruffle detail. A few of the white spots are slightly browned but you can only notice if looking very close
