Navy and white polka dotted silk Tommy Hilfiger

Also obsessed with this dress, but it's too big for me! It's a navy and white Tommy Hilfiger only worn once. It's a soft silk material and ties in at the waist with an attached belt. Looks so cute with white wedges and would really pop with a white or red blazer. So light and fun!
