Navy and white short-sleeve top

Navy and white floral top from Van Heusen. Cute ruffle detail on the sleeves. Cute for work and spring/summer time. There is some light makeup staining on the collar which is reflected in the price. I never noticed the stain until taking these pictures, so it's not noticeable, though. Size is an extra small, but it could fit a small or smedium.
