Navy and white sleeveless dress, poly and spandex, size M

This cute dress is made of a thicker-weight polyester and spandex fabric. It is very soft to the touch. The navy and white print suggests a bandanna. 12” across shoulders, 18” at chest, 19” at waist, 35” at bottom, 34” long in the back. I removed the tag (it was scratchy!)
