Navy and white tropical skirt

Beautiful, lightweight for hot weather, tropical print skirt. Fabric is 100 percent cotton. Made by At Last New York. EUC. Side zip closure. This skirt has 6 inch side slits and roushing tie in front at waist & measures 17 inches across. Length of the skirt is 23 inches in front and 24 inches in the back. Very comfortable and very cool for hot summer day!
