Navy beaded above knee dress, size 3, City Studio

Cute navy v-neck dress with beaded/jeweled emperor height waist band. Band continues in back as a ribbon to make a bow. And it has pockets! New, with tags, bought it as a “back up” for homecoming lol. It’s listed as a Size 3, but I bought it when I wore pretty much all Size 4 and it fit great.
