Navy blue 3/4 sleeve polkadot blouse

The front of the blouse is 22 inches long with a 3 inch deep V followed by 4 silver metal buttons that do not unbutton. The back of the blouse is 25 inches long with 20 inch long sleeves. Sleeves are buttoned with one silver metal button at the end. Blouse is partially see-through.
