Navy blue BCBG wrap top tie dress with pockets

This dress has pockets with button details and has a sash that ties. I think I wore it once or twice maybe just never fit me right, its not for you if you have a larger bum but small boobs this dress always fit in the butt for me but was just way too big on the top, so I guess if you are a normal size 4 and not a size zero on too and 4 in the butt like me, then this should fit you right
