Navy blue Dress from Francesca’s

Very Gently used, only worn a couple of times. From Francesca’s, this is a super cute navy and white patterned fit and flare style dress. It is unlined but it is made of a thicker fabric, not see through at all. Size medium, about 32” in length. Made in the US!!
