An almost new pair of Navy pants by Lee. They are size 14 short. The waist is about 17 and 1/2" when laid flat. That puts it at about 35-36" around. The inseam is just shy of 29". They truly are an all day pant. They are very comfortable to wear. The only design flaw I found in them is that they pick up every piece of dust, lint and fur. It's like a magnet attraction for fur, and I have two dogs. If you buy these, I promise to lint roller them! Non-smoking home. P5
