I recieved this item as a gift for my baby but they were too small fot him. This cute sandals have been in my vloset since january 2018. It says in the box that they were manufacturated on 4/03/2017 at León Guanajuato, Mexico for Andrea USA Oeste LLC. Model 17747 It is a size 12 in Mexico. The box is a litte bit ripped. Sandals were never used. They?re new.
