Navy blue Y2K vintage velvet pants with black beaded trim from Carol Anderson California 1" elastic band at waist. The waist is 26" straight across, stretches to 34". The inseam is 31.5" with the trim. Made in the USA. These comfy 1990s pants are velour and have been modified to add a bead trim at the bottom of the pant legs, giving them a more y2k vibe.
