Navy blue and green halter dress with beaded neck

Navy blue and green halter dress. The bodice is trimmed in a peach color. The neckline has beading on a vinyl rope. It's a little long on me (I'm 5'4) and I think I must have stepped on the back bottom part of the dress. See picture attached that shows the marks. The dress is fully lined and fun to wear. With the elastic waistband makes it comfy too.
