Navy blue and white polka dot dress

Very comfortable navy blue dress with white polka dots. Lovely scoop neckline with shorter shoulder sleeves, elastic at the waist and slight ruffles at the hem. 33" length 12" waist but the elastic stretches to about 17" and is comfortable 19" armpit to armpit at the chest
