Navy blue and white striped dress

Charlotte Russe navy blue dress with white stripes. Two cut outs in back, one in the shape of a heart. Little strip of material separates the two, with fake buttons for decoration. 32" from top of shoulder to bottom hem. Only worn once so in amazing condition. Can be worn as a summer dress, or dressed up!
