Navy blue blouse "the Neck Down"

This blouse has really beautiful lattice detailing around the neckline, the cut of the fabric is slightly draped, while remaining structured. I fell in love with this on Modcloth, and even though it is beautifully made, unfortunately I'm a little too busty for it.
