Navy blue button down cardigan

Worn a lot, in decent condition. 5 buttons and two pockets on the front. One pocket is folded over slightly and the other is worn on the top and also has a hole which isn’t visible at all. Not sure what brand or size but I am a small and it fits well. Could range from XS-M
