Navy blue cocktail dress.

A deep navy blue silk feel polyester cocktail dress. Strapless, lands just above the knee. Full length is 30 1/2 inches. Dress size is a 6. The top of it has a bit of the heart shape with subtle pleats on that that meet in the center. The back has a very cute subtle pleats as well that cross over each other. I only worn twice maybe. And it is dry clean only. Lovely dress. Looks great with flats, or heels. And even cuter with leggings!
