Navy blue crinkle dress

Navy blue above the knee silk crinkle dress. Fabric is naturally crinkle like, very light and breezy. Sleeves are 3/4 and sheer. Top layer is also sheer, with a solid liner and beautiful lace trim. 100% silk shell. Made in Italy. This does have a very small hole close to the neck area. See above photo. The crinkle hides it, but I used to put on a light scarf or necklace to mask it as well!
