Navy blue criss cross back dress

Little blue loose fitting dress with spaghetti straps. Criss cross back, buttons in front are can't be unbuttoned. This has just never fit me right, very comfortable though. To get a better idea of how it fits on me, I am 5'2, 24" around the waist, fit best in a 32c cup size and 36" around the widest part of my hips/butt.
