Navy blue cross strap open back dress

Size 3 beautiful navy blue dress. Worn one time. Straps cross in the back . Ruffled bottom. Very flattering fit. Has zipper in back. Some fray like spot going on near the back strap as shown in photo but that was there when I got it. Its not a hole and the straps are sealed in. About 28" length and 11" mid waist. Let me know if you need other measurements.
