Navy blue dress

This dress is simple but classic! Add some bling and heels for a wedding or a cute cardi and booties for work! Navy blue in color, stretchy polyester material. Elastic banding sewn in at the waist (not tight, it's more decorative than functional.) Model (me) is 5' 8.5" tall, 32" inseam, size 16W jeans, size XL/0X or 14/16 top, 40F, 207#.
