Navy blue dress

Navy with white pinstripes & LOVING the ruffled arms which are about elbow length. Polyester & spandex blend, fabric feels thick & made well. No zipper or buttons, just pull this dress over! Measures approximately 34" from the shoulder. I'm 5'4" and this comes knee length for me. It is a size small, but if your a medium it could possibly work as it runs a little larger in my opinion. Multiple styling options. Add a belt, scarf & maybe some cute booties or just leave it as is.
