Navy blue evening dress

The material is SO comfortable and very forgiving. I’m so sad to see this dress go— I just have so many dresses! . The broach is stunning and comes together at the waist side for a layered look. So stunning for an evening black tie/cocktail event. Brand new condition worn once.
