danslice @lievtesa the fabric itself isn’t necessarily stretchy, but the waistband and mock neck are. The dress is a small which is about 33-34 around the bust. Any specific measurements you want?

danslice @lievtesa I got the 33-34 measure from the active dress listing on Lulus but I’m adding a few photos now to show you some basic measurements across the top. Please note I don’t have a garment measuring tape at the moment!
