Navy blue floral puff sleeve maxi dress

This dress looks black in the photos, but its really navy blue! I bought this from a Korean brand that specializes in plus sizes, but its just slightly bigger on me, so I've never worn it out. This would probably fit slightly loose on a 1X or fit perfectly on a 2X 😊
