Navy blue flower brooch

Navy blue and white metal flower brooch of approximately 3 inch size. Cut out layered design. Is vintage and shows paint fade front and back. Exposed metal tone adds dimension to center of flower. This is probably 80’s is my guess. The underlying metal on back looks like copper or brass. This is quite a great find. Can add some fun to nautical theme. Retro. Vintage. Pop. Fun,
