Navy blue halter dress with elongated metallic silver dots made by sangria size 12 fully lined with a sheer soft overlay Flattering waist line with a faux belt look, hidden zipper in back with a hook and eye. Two hooks and eyes around the halter at the top of the dress to keep it snug and comfortable around your neck. Keyhole at the neck line I am 5’4” and this dress is tea length on me.
