Navy blue jacket/sweater

Never worn with tags. It can worn as a light jacket or as part of An outfit. Sleeves can roll down to long sleeve or roll them up and button as seen in pic. Belt is optional. This piece reminds me of a light weight pea coat. Very cute and versatile.
