Navy blue lace dress

Navy blue lace dress with leather belt. This dress is so cute with boots or wedges. It falls right at the knee and the sleeves hit around elbow length. The back scoops lower which gives it a little more character. The leather belt is optional since it looks cute both ways. Only worn twice.
